We will serve you sustainable coffee breaks in the morning and in the afternoon: they will be organic, local, seasonal, with zero residues, healthy and nutritionally balanced. They will be served by an eco-catering from Barcelona city called Barrinar.cat, who are young sustainable entrepreneurs.
From Monday to Friday we will have lunch at the nearby Restaurant Al Vent(Passeig Marítim de la Barceloneta, 25, 08003 Barcelona), specialized in seasonal mediterranean food.
Lunch is included with the registration fee.
On Friday, a longer lunch will serve as symposium banquet for farewell
