Special Issue

A Special Issue will be published as a Research Topic Focus in Environmental Chemistry (www.publish.csiro.au/nid/188/aid/2404.htm). Manuscripts from symposium participants and the entire DMS(P) community will be welcome. The broad scope of the journal (which includes atmospheric, aquatic, ice, soil and sediment chemistry and biogeochemistry, and encourages interdisciplinary studies) makes it an excellent venue for our Special Issue. Peter Croot will be the EC Editor responsible for the Special Issue, and I (Rafel Simó) will be the Guest Editor.

Deadline for submission has been moved from December 1 to December 15, 2014. We keep the aim that the volume is published by mid 2015. Acceptance is subject to the outcome of peer review, with the standards of the journal. Note that there will be no page charges, even for colour figures, and that all papers will be freely available for three months after publication.

To start preparing your manuscripts visit EC’s Notice to Authors at www.publish.csiro.au/nid/192/aid/2320.htm. To submit your paper, you will need to be registered through ScholarOne Manuscripts (http://mc.manuscriptcentral.com/csiro-en). You follow the regular for submission of the journal, but remember to mention your paper is a contribution to the Special Issue.

Special issues from previous DMS(P) symposia can be visited through the links provided in the ‘links’ section of this website.
